John and family: John, I stumbled across the notice of your mom's death by accident. We have not seen each other in close to 25 years but we dated most of high school. It's Gina Wedel (Montalto). I was so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. She was always so very nice to me. I have the best of memories throughout high school of you and your family. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Hope all is well.

I didn't know Mrs. Hamson, I know and work with her son Bill. Bill spoke of her often, and would reflect childhood stories. She seemed wonderful and entertaining, with a mind of her own. I'm sure she will be missed. How wonderful that you all got to have a celebration with her on her birthday before she left this earth. Most don't get that last memory, that was a blessing. My thoughts are with you at this time of sorrow.

Dear Hamson Family,
I was very saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved mother, Betty. I know that you will miss her greatly but I also know that you will be comforted in knowing that she has been reunited with your father. I am happy that I was able to enjoy visiting with Aunt Betty this past June, your mother was a lovely woman. All the best during this very trying time. Your cousin, Kathy

Our first memories of Bridgett began in 1990 when our families were soon to become one with the marriage of our son Mark to their daughter Debbie. The first meeting was like meeting someone we had known for many years. She welcomed you to their home and you felt like family from the beginning. Over the years we have visited and had wonderful times with the family. A true friend and she will be missed by all of us. She was a wonderful cook and we enjoyed good meals at their home. She loved shopping whether in NC or PA and loved to give gifts to all. We will treasure all the good memories of our special friend Bridgett.
