Age 92, of Uniontown, PA, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017. She was born on March 30, 1925, in New Salem, PA, daughter of the late Michael and Rose (Monahan) Murray. Bridget was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church as well as Jefferson Catholic Club and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dennis J. Maher and his wife, Nancy, of Pittsburgh, PA, Gerard R. Maher and his wife, Tammy, of Uniontown, PA, Rosemary Myers and her husband, Terry, of North Wales, PA; grandchildren, Michael Maher and his wife, Gretchen, of Blairsville, PA, Kathryn Maher, of Pittsburgh, PA, Margaret Myers, of North Wales, PA; great-granddaughter, Madelyn Maher, of Blairsville, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday June 28, 2017, from 2-8 and on Thursday June 29, 2017, until 9:15 A.M. when Prayers of Transfer will be said. The Funeral Mass will follow at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church 50, Jefferson Street, Uniontown, PA, at 10 a.m. with Father James W. Clark as Celebrant. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park Cemetery, Brier Hill, PA. Your personal written tributes and memories are welcomed and encouraged at

Denny, Nancy and Family,

On behalf of Allegheny County AOH Division 4, please accept our heartfelt sympathies at the passing of your dear mother.
