Dear Brody, it's very sad to know I won't see you til I come to heaven. I wish you could be here tomorrow for your 3rd birthday, but I'm coming to visit you at your grave and celebrate it just for you! I know you are reading this and it just brings me to tears when I write about you and talk about how beautiful blue eyes you have and how you could walk so much and how you could laugh and I love when you called me Lala, I just wish you could be here with us, ANYWAYS I love you Brody so so much and I will never forget about you and I love you and miss you very much!!! Tiffany and James- I was in New York last week when I learned of this most tragic news of Brody. I can't find the words to say how deeply sorry I am. I have always considered all the Mannings as the perfect neighbors with the perfect family- your kids are so well raised and delightful. I was lucky to have had a few glimpses of beautiful Brody. I will continue to pray for you daily, that you may find peace, which now seems like an eternity away. I don't know how to help but please don't hesitate to reach out and ask.

oh little Brody, what a sweet little boy. He was the most sweet little boy i've ever seen and known, so much fun to be around and made my day by his adorable smile. He was a mini Cody and such a cutiepie! Loved all his siblings Lexi, Sydney, and Cody! Loved going to Cody's tball and watching his big bro play great and cheer him on " bubba! bubba!" Loved going to the nail salon with mom and sitting in dad's lap and hanging out with everyone around! Oh little man was so cute so thats why we all pray for him and love him.

We have been thinking about you all since we heard about Brody. Know that you are in all of our thoughts and prayers every day.

It comes with a heavy heart to hear that a family that has given so much to so many people has lost one of their own. I have worked with the Manning family for 5 years now and although I did not know little Brody as his life had just begun, I know that being raised by James and Tiffany and with the loving support of the rest of the family, he would have risen to great heights. The Mannings consistently show their capacity to enrich and inspire others to unlock their full potential. I believe with that support, Brody would have been a great gift to this world. To the Manning family, My husbands niece Tiffany Simental, posted the terrible news of Brodys passing. I was just home from a conference in which one of the topics was grief. Particularly that of losing a child. An experience of which I have first hand knowledge. There really are no words to express the sadness this news brought - we have been in constant prayer for all of you and our hearts break at such an unimaginable loss.

We are here to walk through this valley with you through the darkness toward a day where you see glimmers of light once again. I will never forget the sweet moments of summer 2011 when all of the SCA moms would gather at your pool and take turns holding little Brody in the water with his sunhat on. I didn't know Brody or his family but saw his site posted by a friend to Facebook. I fell in love with him from the pictures and am devastated for him and his family. What a wonderful little boy. From the pictures, it is obvious how much he was loved and enjoyed his time with his family. I am so sad he had such an unfair disease. I will donate money to the cureduchenne society.
