Sandee and I met Bruce and Judie when they began coming to Community Bible Study at Northridge Church several years ago. They were in our core group that we were privileged to lead. It was so fun to see them both grow spiritually as we studied God´s Word together. Bruce and I became golfing buddies and the four of us enjoyed going out to dinner around Scottsdale. In the last few years, I would pick Bruce up almost weekly to make the trip out to the Legends at Arrowhead for a fun round of golf. We would stop at McDonalds for his two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and on our return, he always wanted to stop at Culvers. I truly will miss our times together. Golf in Heaven? For sure!

Mike, Debi, Suzanne, and Judie, I am sorry for the loss of your dad and husband.
I did not know Bruce well, since we lived so far away. I remember visiting your family in Arizona when I was 12, and I heard stories of when I was 4 going to "see the rabbits" (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), where I think I was a flower girl for Bruce's wedding. It was good to see you all at the family reunion in 2018 and some of you again in 2021.

After getting this from Harris I thought of several quality times over the years, Our annual birthday parties which included Merlyn as Harris and I on December 28, Merlyn on January 1 and Bruce on May 24. Then as we got older it was roller skating in Crookston on Sunday nights. During our high school years we worked for Traill county extension service measuring wheat fields in 3 different townships. And in our later years we got together with our spouses at least once a year when we were in Arizona. These were all times which we cherished. There were a lot of other times we will also remember.

Bruce, I love you and miss you so much. Since you and I both worked for Western Electric at the same time, I know what a successful person you were. You were a Senior Staff Engineer which is a level reached by very few people in that company. You also were Manager of Engineering at the Phoenix Plant which is also very rare. I'm proud of your accomplishments and proud to be your brother. Looking forward to seeing you in Heaven.

Missing you Bruce! We so enjoyed your visits to the cabin and how much you would light up at the sight of a Culvers! Hoping there's golf and ice cream in heaven!

Thanks Dad for all the days you sacrificed when I was young driving me before and after school to swimming and countless weekends at meets. It gave me the foundation to be the person I am today.
