CUMMING, Bruce Walter Glen
With his wife by his side Bruce passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Sunset Extendicare, Regina, SK. He was predeceased by his parents Harold and Clara Cumming; sisters Elaine Trainor and Enid Saich; and brother Robert. Left to cherish his memory the love of his life, his wife of 58 years Betty; daughters Enid (Steven Van Wilgenburg) and Elaine (Richard Taylar); and grandchildren Declan and Dylan, Saskatoon, SK, Kate and Logan, Halifax, NS; his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Bruce was born December 3, 1927 in Naicam, SK, the fourth child of Harold and Clara Cumming. At a young age the family moved to Humboldt, SK where Bruce attended Humboldt Collegiate. After high school, Bruce moved to Winnipeg to attend Manitoba Technical School (MTI) to study the art of drafting. Bruce was a wonderful devoted family man and cherished the time spent with his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE FOR BRUCE will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 142 Massey Road, Regina, SK on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Flowers most gratefully declined. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Bruce was always kind , thoughtful to me as a teenage friend of Enid. I especially appreciate the time I was invited to the family cabin in Manitoba in 1983. I had a great time and remember Bruce taking Enid and I out on the boat.

My deepest condolences to the Cumming family on the passing of Bruce. I worked in the design department with Bruce at Westank Willock. He was a really good man to work with and mentor to many of us his junior. He was also a pretty decent hockey player too. He left us with many fond memories.
