I worked for Skinners Wholesale Nursery in 1983 and was invited to a Christmas party at the house that was in close proximity to the nursery. Bryant & the family were very gracious to me. I remember Bryant showing me a large map of plans for the Jacksonville area. He spoke to me as if I were his personal friend. To the Skinner family and those who knew him, I don't have to tell you what a great man he was. I will always remember and cherish the time spent with him.

Our deepest sympathy to the Skinner family. It was a privilege to have known Mr. Skinner and to enjoy our visits and conversations. He was a kind and generous gentleman who enhanced my life by knowing him.

I have never met Mr. or Mrs. Skinner personally, but I want to thank Mr. Skinner for his vision for Southpoint. I am blessed to live in that area and am thankful for his vision. May Mrs. Skinner and the family find comfort in the memories they share with this fine gentleman. Deborah Holman
