Bryce Evans Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Aug. 12 to Aug. 13, 2022.
Bryce Nolan Evans, 24, joined his heavenly home on 5 August, 2022. We take comfort in knowing that Bryce is made perfect in Christ and that he is now at home with the Father for eternity.

Bryce was born in Bossier City, LA on June 4th, 1998 to Brian and Pam Evans. . Bryce loved all super heroes, but Batman in particular. He spent many days dressed as the Caped Crusader, keeping Lakewood subdivision safe from crime. Bryce began school in LA, and quickly showed a keen intellect, and a love of reading that continued throughout his life Bryce also showed a love of baseball, playing year round during his elementary school years in LA. He moved to Collierville, TN with his family in 2008, and attended both Schilling Farms Middle School and Houston High School. During Middle School and High School, Bryce was active in the band (Trombone), Lacrosse (multiple varsity letters), Boy Scouts (earning the rank of Eagle Scout), and church. Bryce particularly enjoyed the High Adventure trips that were offered by the Boy Scouts, earning his triple crown by completing all three (Philmont, Northern Tier, Sea Base). After high school, Bryce attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, studying first Biomedical Engineering and then Neuroscience. While there, Bryce enlisted in the National Guard, and completed training as a Combat Medic and earning his EMT license. Bryce was scheduled to complete his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, with minors in both Psychology and English in December 2022.

Bryce is survived by his parents, Pam and Brian Evans, his sisters Analiese and Ava, his paternal grandmother, Carol Rachel, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins
