I did sound at both The Lone Star and Manny's because of Buddy. He could be hardcore, he knew the music business in NYC like no other. I'm happy he ended up in Hawaii, how great is that. God speed my friend.

We shared martinis together - In fact , my very first martini was with Buddy at the South Street Seaport at a party in NYC - He was a very generous man and we shared many blues shows together - it was always a good time with Buddy - my life was forever changed by knowing him -

Buddy worked for me right after he left Mannies for a number of years at Mark Sonder Productions Entertainment Agency. Funny story: We had this $50 bill that went back and forth to each other which represented a commission on a job. If he supplied some musicians for me, he got the bill. If I supplied someone for him at Mannies, I got the bill! I don't remember who was the last one to keep the bill. I hope it was him! It was always a pleasure seeing him in the office always with a smile and with many ideas. He will be missed by all who knew him and by the people who he paved the way for!

May your memories give you peace and comfort of your loved one. Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for the loss of your loved one. May GOD be with you all during this difficult time. 1 Thessalonians 4:14 For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus.
