BYWATER
Sophie Lisa May 31st, tragically aged 19 years.
Much loved daughter of Simon and Lisa and sister to Faye.
Sophie will be very sadly missed by all her loving family and many, many friends.
The family would like to thank all for their overwhelming messages of sympathy and support shown at this very sad time.
Service at St. Mary's Church, Church Lane, Garforth, Leeds 25 on Thursday June 12th at 10.00am. followed by interment at Garforth Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations for Martin House, a plate will be available at church.

Though her smile is gone forever,
