Miss you E, you and old Wood were lifelong friends, between the two of you something interesting was always afoot at the PD. Give old Ed Bishop a hug for us.

Dwayne was a senior Sergeant at the Conroe Police Department when I started working there. He was a funny guy and a good cop. He was affectionately know as "E" around the station and I know he will be missed.

My condolences to the entire family and friends. DeWayne was a fun and funny guy. He certainly kept things interesting while we all worked at the CPD in the early 70's. R.I.P. Big "E".

I was a police officer in Conroe from 1972-1978, and have many fond (and funny) memories of DeWayne. He was senior to me, and taught me a lot. Even though I had not seen him in many years, I still regarded him as a friend and send my prayers and condolences to his family.

Rest in peace my brother. Like Paula said, you leave a large hole in out hearts but no more pain for you. You were the best friend I could ever have, and we did a lot of crazy things together. I will take your memory to my grave. And as I always said, a lot things we did will never be repeated, well a few anyway. Love you forever you ole toot, see you on the other side.

Father, I pray you wrap your arms around DeWayne family and the host of friends, that he touch. I have know DeWayne for over 33 years, he wasn't just a"friend" but he was a hugh part of my family. I will cherish the memories that we made..what fun we all had at the bottom, only the elite was invited there to hunt..You have left a hugh hole in our hearts, but I know you're no longer in pain, and you are in the very presense of The Lord... Much love and prayers, Paula Allen Beltran
For am I now trying to win the favor of people, or God? Or am I striving to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a slave of Christ.
