Uncle Bill will be remembered . I have fond memories of him taking me for a ride in his convertible around Montreal .We stopped at all the landmark buildings to have a look around . I think of him as an adventurer and will cherish the kindnesses he demonstrated to our family. Our thoughts are with you all. Audrey Kitchen

Sorry to hear about Uncle Bill. He was such an important part of our family always driving down to New Brunswick in the summer and visiting. Mom was so proud of him and enjoyed all of his unexpected visits. He often complimented on her meals only to be told they could never be as good as Aunt Yvonne's. It was a great privilege to know him and be left with such interesting memories. He had a remarkable personality and would add different perspective to any conversation. Dick loved talking to him always with as smile as they bantered back and forth. Meta MacLean

Dear Yvonne, Bill, Linda and families,

On hearing of Bill's passing, my mind immediately went to the past kindness that Bill showed me.

He used to drive all the way up to Carson Road to pick up Linda. He'd drive us all the to Bayshore where I used to live. It was a long way by bus and appreciated the much shorter ride.

Thinking of you all at this time. Rose Calderon

Dear Bill and Denis,
I am so sad to hear of Bill Sr.s passing, I have such fond memories of him, most being of drives in the Lincoln on the way to lunch at the Golf Club, your mom (looking so pretty) up front with you, your dad in the back seat, on full chat with Denis and me.
I'm going to miss him.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
Your old friend,
Jill Halliday

To the Chapman Family

Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. I like to think that Bert and the boys were waiting on the flight line for Bill's arrival. They were Canada's greatest generation.
