WILLIAMS, Cara Sue Age 79 of Monroe, passed away Sunday, February 12th, 2017 at the Mt Pleasant Retirement Facility in Monroe. Cara was born December 17th, 1937, in Salyersville, Kentucky, the daughter of Milton Arnett and Pearl (Morris) Chapman. She had worked & retired from International Paper in1992. She was previously an active member of the Eastern Star. Cara was preceded in death by her husband (R.B. 2008); parents; a daughter, Kimberly Ann; two sisters, Julia Gay & Betty Lee; and two brothers, Lawson and Charles D. She is survived by two sons; Randy (wife, Barbara) Williams of Houston, Texas and Jason Williams of Middletown; four grandchildren, Ryan, Raya, Ryla & Raeden; two step grandchildren, Joni and Jeremy, and step granddaughter Raelynn. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Reverend Jeffrey Marshal officiating. Visitation will be from 1:30 PM Friday until service time. What a lovely woman. She was like my 2nd mom when I was growing up. Words cannot express the feeling of loss. She is in a better place now and reunited with RB. My condolences to the family.

Thoughts and prayers to the Williams Family. Sue will be missed. One of the sweetest most loving woman we all had the pleasure of knowing. She was the most loving devoted mother who left a great legacy with her loving family who adored her.
