CARL A.
Age 94, of the Village of St. Barnabas, Gibsonia, formerly of Ross, on Nov. 21, 2014. Beloved husband for 68 years of Charlotte (Christman) Meier; loving uncle of Patricia Vresh, Marjorie Boles, Sandra Grau, Cynthia Wingard and Richard Stoehr; dear brother-in-law of Marie Stoehr; also survived by many cousins and great-nieces and great-nephews. A U.S. WWII Army veteran, Carl was a longtime warehouse manager with Stockham Valve & Fitting, Etna. He was also a lifetime member of Teutonia Männerchor, American Legion Post 116, Avalon and AARP, Bauerstown. Carl also enjoyed billiards, golfing and square dancing with his wife, Charlotte. Friends received Sun. 6-8 p.m. and Mon. 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, LTD., 5864 Heckert Rd., Bakerstown. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tues. 10:30 a.m. in St. Richard Church. Donations to the charity of choice.
