I worked for Ozzie in 1984 and later represented his company and other commercial trash collectors in Delaware County. He was a good business man, a good boss, a good husband, a fine father, a great animal lover and an all around nice man. Please give my condolences to his wife Judy and his sons, Carl, III and Steven.
