"Gene" Peek July 26, 1937 - Dec 30, 2011 MUSTANG Carl Eugene "Gene" Peek, 74, of Mustang, died Friday, December 30, 2011, in Oklahoma City. The son of Earl and Etta Peek, he was born July 26, 1937 in Shady Grove, AR. He married Bonnie Lou (Williams) in 1958 in Las Vegas, NV. Gene was a member of Eagles' Crest Fellowship in Oklahoma City and owned and operated Carl Peek Construction for many years until his retirement. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Leroy; and a sister, Jackie. Gene is survived by his wife, Bonnie Peek of Mustang; three sons, Rodney Peek and wife Susan, Ronnie Peek, and Ricky Peek and wife Carmen; five grandchildren, Courtney, Ashley, Lauren, Matthew, and Michael Peek; five siblings, Jay Peek, Earl Peek, Doris Hummer, Lucinda Alec, and Peggy Peterson; and many other loved ones and friends. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at Eagles' Crest Fellowship in Oklahoma City, with interment to follow at Blanchard Cemetery in Blanchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard.
