Carl Richard Fullmer

Carl was born November 24, 1950, to Sara Kathleen and Forrest Lee Fullmer in Akron, Ohio. He passed away unexpectedly on October 24, 2024 of unknown causes at the age of 73.

He graduated from The University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1972. He was a great asset to the architectural world and took great pride in his work. He worked for multiple companies throughout his career in New Mexico, Arizona and Utah. He loved the work of Ansel Adams and had quite the collection. He enjoyed long drives with his wife admiring the beauty of Utah's mountains. He loved classic cars and sailing.

Carl met his eternal partner and soulmate, Deborah Sue Redding Fullmer, and they married February 8, 1991. They were sealed at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Jordan River Temple on April 29, 1998.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah, brother Rob Fullmer, his children, Samual Wangsgaard, Brandon Wangsgaard (Caryn), Jennifer Brown (Duane), Tiffany Wangsgaard (Noah), John Wangsgaard (Caitlyn), Jacob Fullmer, Rachael Manes (Don), Sarah Obray (Jaxon), Sabrina Wright (Porter), 22 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, his tiny teacup poodle, Daisy, and his Calico kitty, Belle. Preceded in death by, his parents, his sister Suzanne Fullmer, 1 grandchild and fur babies, Cloudy, Prissy, Rascal, and Sophie.

We will miss you more than words could ever express. We love you!

Carl was cremated on 10/30/2024. We will be having a celebration of his life in the Spring.
