Dear Debbie,
How wonderful that your delightful Dad lived to such a ripe, old age! I so enjoyed reading his story and remembering the times our families enjoyed being together, first as neighbors on Vermont Street in Houston, and then after you moved to Jason Street. I still remember the times we played together, and your fun-loving parents. We saw your family after you moved to Midland, and Sandy and Mike had been born. Pokey commented that, if she had another child, she was going to name him "Gritty." Such lovely memories and fun times.
Love,
Karen (Pat) Gainey Marrow

Dear Sharp Family,
We loved being your parents' back fence neighbors in Frostwood back in the 1990s-early millennium. They were so kind to politely throw the many sports balls and stray objects through our children's childhood. Pokie shared a chocolate with a quick arts and crafts project when we would visit. We enjoyed their energy (Carle's Machu Picchu training), love of life with cocktails by the hot tub and the aroma of Carle's BBQ pit. While your parents' left their house years ago, the common fence in back remains (with a few repairs and board replacements) since your father meticulously oversaw the construction back in the mid-1990s.
With deepest sympathy,
Beth and Rusty Shaw
