Carlos Borunda Obituary
The son of a successful cattle rancher, Carlos became a successful cattle rancher in his own right. His work ethic and honesty earned him respect within his community and among his peers. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Carlos was known for his sharp intellect and love of learning. He found great joy in reading and was rarely seen without a book in hand. His passion for knowledge remained strong throughout his life.
Those who knew Carlos will remember him as charismatic and impeccably dressed-always the best dressed in any room. His charm and wit made him a natural conversationalist, someone who could light up a gathering with ease.
Carlos is survived by his sons Jorge Borunda and Carlos Borunda; grandchildren Sofia Borunda, Mateo Borunda, and Carlos Borunda; sister Elvia Borunda Gonzales; and brother Miguel Borunda.
A small service for close family members and loved ones will be held Saturday August 23rd in Laredo, Texas.
