Carlos, my brother. I don't think there was an academy class as close as ours in 1988, or ever. Daily, you made us laugh until out stomachs hurt. Getting your morning tease for staying in the bathroom to long. But as much as we teased each other, we loved each other!! There wasn't a better face to see coming in the door behind you, than yours. All those doors we kicked in in the gang unit, or drug unit! I'll see ya soon, my brother. Life is only but a second! Kimmy

I worked with Carlos in the Fugitive Warrant Unit. He was always there when you needed someone. He will be missed. He was a great guy

Chili I will always love you. Nothing can take our memories away. Our trips to Mendota, hanging with everyone, our time alone. Now you can ride with Lopez, Giggy, Skid Row, Ned, Bezer, A.J. and all the rest of the crew that was up there waiting to greet you. I know you guys are all together raising hell and swapping stories. R.I.P. my love.

I worked with Carlos in patrol and fugitive warrants. He was one heck of a guy. Made me laugh a million times.We had lots of fun when we worked and when things went south I always knew Carlos had my back. It was a pleasure and an honor to work with him. I am sorry to hear that he passed. But maybe God needed a good police officer. R.I.P. Carlos ...You will be missed. Larry Knapp #494 C.C.S.P.D. { Retired 2004}

Uncle Charlies, I am heartbroken and will miss you more than words can express. So it's not good-bye...it's until we meet again.
Love you, Lisa
