It's comforting to know how much Carlos was loved by his family and his many friends. Whenever I had a problem he would always tell me to "figure it out". So I'm trying to figure out how to live without him. I love you always.

Should you go first and I remain,
One thing I'd have you do:
Walk slowly down that long, long path,
For soon I'll follow you.
I'll want to know each step you take
That I may walk the same,
For some day down that long, long road
You'll hear me call your name.

Pappy, you were a good friend and a great father in-law. Thanks for everything you taught me over the years. You were always there when I needed you. I will miss my buffet buddy. Good bye Carlos, I will never forget you.

He was my neighbor in Peoria. He always had a smile and was willing to help when needed. I liked to tease him, especially when he grew a mustache. He laughed and received my joking with him well. I will miss him. I only hope I can be a comforting neighbor for Judy now and always!

My daddy, my best friend, my cruising buddy, I miss you more than you can imagine. My life will never be the same, but despite the pain, I wouldn´t trade it for anything. You were a great pappy to me and the pooh, and we love you more than you will ever know. Rest in peace, dad. I know you´re raising hell up there, so don´t get kicked out before I can join you. Love you so much. Until we meet again....
