I had the pleasure of talking with Carl on many occasions on many different Ham bands. My condolences to the family.

I will miss talking with him over the radio.
For the past year and half I would say my call over radio and in the crackling
back ground noise Carl would say "Hello Al KC9BDI" and we would talk for about hour each time we both had in common health problems and talk about radios and antennas chewing tobacco and medicine among other topics.
I will miss you Carl may you rest in peace.

Sorry to Hear about Carl ,We talked for Yrs on Ham Radio and in Person , He Really Enjoyed the Ham Radio Hobby and His Voice will be Missed on the Airways , My Thoughts go out to All His Family and Friends
