Carmen MARINO-MERLO Obituary
November 9, 1938 – February 12, 2015
Carmen went to be with the Lord on February 12, 2015 peacefully with her family by her side at the age of 76. She is survived by her loving husband Giuseppe of 57 years, her dear children Carmen (Paul Casquinha), Nancy (Peter Piccioni), and cherished grandchildren Jonathan (Sarah), Sarah, Amanda, and Melissa. She leaves to mourn her siblings Nunzio (Jeanine), John (Denise), Joseph, and Lydia (Mario), nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. A special thanks to Dr. Wiseman and his team at the RVH, Dr. Bedawy, Dr. Letourneau, Dr. Angle, and the staff of the ICU at the Montreal Neurological Hospital for their over the top compassion & care. May she rest in peace with the Lord. Visitation will be held on Monday February 16, 2015 at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 chemin de la Forêt, Outremont, QC H2V 2P9, 514-279-6540, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral Service will follow at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of the complex. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Neurological Institute.
