BELLEFONTAINE — Carol Sue Boltz nee Wilt, 60, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018, at Mary Rutan Hospital Emergency Department, Bellefontaine.
Carol was born on July 4, 1957, in Bellefontaine, a daughter of the late Erwin Wilt and Martha Taborn Wilt, who survives in Bellefontaine. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Brent.
Carol is also survived by a daughter, Stacie Homan, of Bellefontaine; a son, Chad Wilt, of Sidney, Ohio; six grandchildren, Amber, Jonathon, Ryan, Paige, Chad and Ethan; a brother, Bud (Wendy) Wilt, of Richwood, Ohio; a sister, Ruth Ann (Bob) Houchin, of Bellefontaine; a nephew, Jake Wilt; and special friend, Deb Jessee.
Carol was a 1976 graduate of Bellefontaine High School. She worked at Creekside Sales in Sidney. Carol's greatest joy was being with her family and the time she spent with her grandchildren.
A celebration of Carol's life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are in the care of Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview. Condolences may be expressed at shoffstallfuneralhome.com.
