Harrah, Oklahoma - Carol (Peltier) Embree died at the age of 53 in Harrah, Oklahoma on April, 4, 2018. Carol was born in Conrad, MT on Dec. 30, 1964, and graduated from North Toole County HIgh School in Sunburst. Carol is survived by her husband, James, sons Drew (Jesica) Cary, Noah Embree, and 5 grandchildren, all of Harrah. Also surviving her are siblings, Dan(Teresa) Kaleva, Drew (Valerie) Peltier, of Shelby, Mike (Cindy) Kaleva of Three Forks, Velma Whitt, Dana (David) Cockrell of Great Falls, Paul (Donna) Peltier of Sunburst, Thoma Peltier of Bothell, Washington, Ray Peltier of Sweetgrass, and numerous nieces and nephews.Carol loved all her family, but nothing gave her more joy then spending time with her grandchildren. Cremation has taken place with a local service planned at a later date.

I had the privilege of working with Carol and her son Noah for many years. I was always so amazed at her love and dedication to her family. My deepest condolences to you all. Carol, May your humor and compassion be remembered and your love continue to shine bright.

Carol's kindness, dedication to her family, sense of humour, and joie de vivre shone bright and all made a very powerful impression on me. You often see or hear the phrase a light has gone out in memorials. I believe that a light like Carol's shines on.
