I thought of you today, Carol, how sweet and quiet you were, the scrolly way you signed your name, lovely with a real passion and talent for style. Then there was a note to remember you in my email. Synchronicity. thought of you again and how quickly life passed and you were gone. I hadn't seen you in many years, but always held you fondly in my heart and mind. And although I had cancer twice before you passed, you flew off first to add beauty to that heavenly realm. God bless you! May you rest in beauty and peace! And may we one day meet again.

My deepest condolences to Carol's family. I did not know that Carol had passed away until I received word after the Bennett 1972 reunion. Carol and I were friends all through high school. She was a dear soul to me, and although we rarely saw each other in the years after high school, she remained a person I deeply admired for her creativity and kindness. Rest well, dear one.
