Carol Plyler Obituary
She is survived by her 2 sons, Michael Formisano and Frank Formisano; 1 granddaughter, Ana Formisano; 1 brother, Paul Mathias and 3 sisters, Mary Lozada, Fran Cinquegrana and Linda Rowe.
Friends will be received at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City 386-775-4260 on Friday, February 14th from 12 - 3 pm, where a funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3 pm. Burial will then be in Deltona Memorial Gardens in Orange City.

so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom!
i can only remember all the good times we had together. She was the one who took us to all those yankee games, down the shore and learned to swim in your pool!! All good memories!
