Carol Rhoden Obituary
Carol Rhoden age, 72, of Texarkana, Arkansas died Saturday, March 30, 2019 at her residence.
She was born Tuesday, December 3, 1946, in Texarkana, Arkansas.
Carol was known to many as a teacher after teaching for over 35 years but will be lovingly remembered as “Nana” by Tori Sams.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Morris Collins and Nadine Goins.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Misty Rhoden; sister, Debbie Gill; two nephews, William and David Gill; two nieces, Randi Baker and Catherine Garcia; she will be missed by her friends and family.
Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 PM Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at Chapelwood Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Spring Lake Baptist Church with Bro. Randy Shepherd officiating. Burial will be at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Encompass Hospice Texarkana.

hey nana heres my update ive been doing good in school yay! i still miss you and i will allways love you you will allways be with me throughout the days good or bad i love you daisy is doing good umm i got first place at my cheer comp. it was sooo exiting we got a bid to THE ONE natnoils that was when i realized i thought i saw you in the satnds i bursted into tears but i knew you could go anywahere whenever you can i love you forever
