I was so sorry to hear of Carol's passing. I have a lot of wonderful memories of singing with Carol in the Sweet Adelines. She was always cheerful and upbeat and she will be missed. May your faith and the prayers and comfort of friends and family give you strength now and in the days ahead.

Laurie, Retta, Marla and Joan, I am so sorry for the loss of your sister, Carol. I feel blessed to have met her through Sweet Adelines. I will always remember how friendly she was the first time we met, and a very nice conversation we had in Rochester at a regional Sweet Adelines competition one year. She worked with a dear friend of mine, Lisa Kelly who I met up with that weekend. Lisa mentioned what a nice lady she was. I know you all have so many special memories with her. She was a role model to follow in her coirageous battle with cancer. May her spirit and music live on within you all and your entire family.
God bless you all. Rest in peace, Carol.

How sad I am to learn this news. Carol was a treasure to all she touched, and there were so many. I can see her now in some of the costumes Simply Magic wore and how she lead with her beautiful voice. My sympathy to all of you as you bravely go forward without your sweet Carol.

Carol will be sorely missed. I am happy that she can now start a Sweet Adeline Quartet in Heaven and all of the chords will lock perfectly and ring true. I was glad to sing with her in our quartet--Sweet Ringers-- The girls did a wonderful job supporting me in my grief as we sang Amazing Grace the day my Mother-in-law passed away. She was a wonderful person.

Carol was a pleasure to work with in the Cardiac Lab. Her bright, smiling face will be forever etched in all of our memories. Whenever she would stop in the secretaries' office, we always had to check out what earrings she was wearing, as she had an amazing collection. When it was someone's birthday, it was a treat to have her sing to them. Once during the holiday season, I even got her to sing, I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas. Even after she retired, we looked forward to her stopping in to see us whenever she was in Rochester. We all admired her grace and fighting spirit throughout her battle. My prayers are with the family that she so dearly loved and with everyone who is feeling this loss right now.
