Carol Zahn Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 10, 2025.
Carol D. Zahn passed away on January 2, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and resilience that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Born and raised in Cleveland, Carol was the third of five children in a close-knit family. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Paul Zahn in 2016 and Rheta Schubeck in 2023.

Throughout her life, Carol faced numerous health challenges with unwavering optimism and determination, serving as an inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed by her cherished siblings: Linda Martin (Pete), James Zahn (Kathryn), Marilyn Zahn, and Ronald Zahn. Carol was also a devoted aunt to Cameron Martin (Patti), Matthew Martin, and Jimmy Zahn, as well as a proud great-aunt to Zoey Martin.

Carol's kind and empathetic nature touched everyone she encountered. Her warmth and compassion were a testament to the best qualities humanity has to offer, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she graced.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. May Carol's memory bring comfort and peace to all who loved her.
