Every time I drive to the grocery or CVS I glance at Carol's house and fondly remember playing cards inside or by the pool. Driving up to her house at Deep Creek, gallivanting to the Super Walmart nearby, or the fancy restaurant in a big house (I've forgotten the name). Sunday brunch was the greatest. Sometimes there were two other bridge players. Watching her grandchildren put away prizes at a local fair using their horses and a genius to design clever presentations. Taking Annie to lunch a couple times and sneaking down for ice cream, namely turtle chocolate. Hearing her say that her two best things in life were her car and playing Wednesday bridge. I think we'd include making wonderful meals for family with all their favorites. Never forget my times with her.
