We were overwhelmed with sadness when we heard of Caroline's tragic and untimely death. We so regret that we were unable to attend her memorial service. Having just read the heartfelt comments in Caroline's extensive Guest Book, with tears in our eyes, we know that the eulogies must have been wonderful, and very, very difficult to deliver by those who loved her so much.

To Caroline's family and many friends,

I was just so very sad to hear today of Caroline's death. She was a truly strong and vibrant person and I can't believe that she is gone.

As I look back on the many years that I have known Caroline, I can't help hearing her big ringing laugh. She had great spirit, generosity and honesty. She was a wonderful friend and mother and I hope her beautiful children, in particular, will have many memories of her laughter.

My deepest sympathies to all who loved her. I hope that the many ways that she brought joy to us will offer you some comfort in this terribly sad time.

Dear Justine, Daniel, Jordan, Kevin and the entire Saddington Family,

The sad and shocking news of Caroline’s passing has left me numb. It’s with a heavy heart that I would like to express my deepest sympathy for your loss.

Caroline was a devoted mother who loved her kids very much; and she was a good friend who was kind, sincere and always there to lend a supportive ear. I will always remember and cherish the time, the stories and the laughs we shared together over many years. I hope the family will find peace and comfort in their memories of her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sincere sympathy,

Kevin & the Saddington Family,

I was deeply saddened to hear about Caroline's passing. She was a warm and thoughful soul who loved her family and was a great friend to many.

Although we didn't see each other a lot we always managed at least one major shopping spree every so often when one or both of us were renovating. Searching for the perfect round table, we once zipped from east to west end and stopped at every furniture store in between.

I will miss her big smile, her sage advice and her kindness.

Please accept my condolences during this very difficult time.

To Caroline's Family and Friends:

I am so very, very sad to hear of Caroline's passing. Although we had lost touch over the last few years and knew each other for only a short while, Caroline had a lasting and postiive impact on me personally and helped me see my way clear through some challenging times. She was a great inspiration. Caroline's vibrancy, love of her children and family and her integrity will always be in my thoughts of her. When we last spoke she was starting a new life with Kevin and it was more than obvious that she was very happy and very much in love.

I hope you will find some comfort in knowing that Caroline had a profound and lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of meeting her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Jordan, Daniel, Justine, and Helen, Richard and Kevin:
My heart goes out to you all. I met your warm and vibrant Mom again just a few short weeks ago. She was so happy and proud of you, her wonderful children, and she told me about your hockey games and dance activities, and about your australian vacation at your grandparents' home. That brief encounter brightened my day. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
God Bless you all.

Kevin and the entire Saddington family,

I am currently out of town and just heard of the sad news.

I cannot begin to express my sorrow as well as to share with you my feelings of great loss. I cannot put into words how special a friend Caroline was and always will be to me.

Few people have touched me in a way that Caroline did, her absolute zest for life, positive attitude and ability to put it all into perspective was extraordinary to say the least.

Without Caroline I would not have been able to endure the hardships or reach the plateaus that I did in business, she truly kept me organized and made sure that I stayed there!!

I can ramble on and on but in a nutshell I can only say that I truly feel your sorrow and am sad that I am not there to celebrate the wonderful life and memories of Caroline.

I will truly miss her.

Jamie.

Caroline and I worked together for several years. What I learned from her was not job related. The depth of her devotion to her children, her family, and motherhood, was without question, the soul of her existence. Her strength will be something I will remember always. May God Bless Kevin, her children and her family.

Dear Kevin and Family,
For the few years I have known Caroline she was always so full of life and that smile which was contageous and could make you forget the bad days. What I admire the most in her was the love of her children, she had a special glow when she would talk about them. You will always be in our prayers.

Although Caroline was our daughter-in-law for a only a shortwhile, we loved her immediately.

Caroline brought such joy and love to our son, Kevin's life and was a warm and loving stepmother to our grandchildren, Conlan and Shanley.

We will miss Caroline dearly and feel blessed to have known her, if only for too brief a time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Caroline's children, parents, family, and our son, Kevin, through this difficult time.

Our family is deeply saddened by Caroline's passing. Although the time was far too brief, Caroline and her three children were a very welcome and wonderful addition to our family.

Caroline and Kevin were indeed soulmates and we are grateful that they found each other and spent the few years they had together so very much in love.

I will dearly miss Caroline and will always wish we had more time to cultivate the friendship that was starting to blossom, as my new sister-in-law.

Our deepest sympathies to Justine, Jordan and Daniel, Kevin, Helen and Richard and Caroline's family and friends.

Such a shock, such a waste of a beautiful being. Caroline was the eptiomy of a great mother, a good friend and a wonderful daughter. She had finally met her soul mate in Kevin and what a family they blended together.

My Memories
I will never forget the times we shared laughing about our single adventures, crying when Jordan, then Daniel and then Jordan were rushed to the hospital (all within one year) and after several days finding out the issues and knowing they were going to be fine in time. Caroline's strength to endure was amazing. Alot of Tim Horton coffee was consumed in the parking lot of CHEO..... Playing Euchre at the cottage was also an experience that taught me how to lose gracfully and laugh at my own silly mistakes as the Saddingtons would not let up, when I did not lead with a trump. Never play Euchre with a Saddington unless you are prepared to lose (haha)! Our trips shopping and rennovating our homes and the trades we had to deal with to finally get the kitchen floor done, dinners with the families together, both immediate and the grandparents, (what a fun time!)..... Scott and Helene's engagement party and the preparation to find dress, shoes (not to high a heel), purse etc kept us in stitches prior to. What a beautiful event.

I will always remember the wonderful times we had together and the loving caring person Caroline was to me and all who met her. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her!

My thoughts and deepest sympathy are with the families.
Love Brenda
