Carolyn Hawk

Carolyn Audrey Hawk, 96, of Greenpond, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 19, 2025, in Macungie, Pennsylvania. Born to Kenneth and Ruth Walter, Carolyn lived a long and meaningful life filled with love, resilience, and faith.

For 58 years, Carolyn was married to Willard Hawk, with whom she shared a devoted partnership and built a cherished family legacy. Though Willard preceded her in death, their enduring bond remained a source of strength and inspiration throughout her life. Carolyn was the proud mother of five daughters-Constance, Cindy, Janet, Patricia, and Susan and the beloved matriarch of a large family that included 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Carolyn's vibrant spirit was evident in all aspects of her life. She had a deep love for God and found immense joy in her family. She appreciated the beauty of nature and spent many happy days tending her garden or exploring new places. Small in stature but mighty in determination, Carolyn's dynamic presence left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Her spunk and unwavering willpower were defining traits-when Carolyn set her mind to something, it was sure to happen.

Those who knew Carolyn were touched by her kindness and humor. Her laughter could brighten any room, her strength inspired many, and her love created bonds that will endure for generations to come.
