Carolyn was an inspiration too many. She was and incredible leader who guided others with love and passion for being the best person you could be. I am fortunate to work for an amazing company that her father started and she carried on the traditions. Carolyn represented everything about the company and we were very fortunate to have her leadership and direction. Thank you Carolyn. Peace be with you and your family.

It was a special gift to know Carolyn Tanner Irish. I will remember her for her deep faith and compassion, her wise and thoughtful leadership, her grace and generosity, and her kindness and support as a treasured friend and mentor. May her family find comfort in knowing how much she was loved and admired by the many of us whose lives she touched. Rest In Peace, Carolyn.

In loving memory of a truly special person. Carolyn always told me the story of Obert asking her to chair the board and her feeling like that was not her calling. Obert then shared he needed someone to love the company and Carolyn said I can do that...and did she ever. Everyone who was touched by Carolyn loved her. She was warm and genuine with everyone she interacted with and every employee loved her for her true interest and kindness. I fondly remember her visits to Canada and how Justine and I loved getting to know Carolyn and Fred through our dinners together. She will be dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Carolyn´s entire family as well as the extended Tanner corporate family. God bless.

To Carolyn's Family,
We have nothing but the fondest memories of knowing Carolyn for the 13 years we were the caretakers/gardeners at 3501. It was truly one of our greatest joys--never to be forgotten. We enjoyed our conversations with her when she would come for visits, and her warm cheerfulness. Our sincerest condolences to her children, grandchildren, Fred, and David.

I first met Calley when my son Chip at 2 1/2 came home from NCRC with a note pinned on his shirt: "we think Stevie Irish would be a friend for Chip." Our sons were 2 days apart in age.
I remember canning bushels of tomatoes with Calley in her long roomy
kitchen. Norton Tennille guided Calley
in her first year of apprenticeship before entering seminary.
