So sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. I have great memories of the times spent at Aunt Eileen's and visiting with Carolyn, across the street. She was always kind, not afraid to speak her mind, and never at a loss for words. My favorite story is the time when I ran into her at Shop and Shop a few years back. By the time she finished talking, my ice cream had melted in my cart. I also remember the love that she had for her family.

I will always remember Carolyn beginning at the Emerson School. She was the guiding light to the new special education at Emerson and later at the Middle School. I remember the meetings Mr. Hogan used to have and Carolyn always had the right questions to ask him at the time. She is a great person and I was lucky enough to know her.
I will keep the family in my prayers.

I remember our whole family, six kids and all, being invited to her wedding. I was eleven. Back then she couldn't pull my beard ! My mom, Aunt Ruth, at 102, still has a fond place in her heart for Carolyn. I still remember Uncle Bob & Aunt Eileen's pool parties. Our best to all family members.
