(née Williams) passed peacefully away on Saturday
3rd of October aged 35 years
at Myton Hospice, sadly missed
by Danny, James, mum, dad,
Rik and Terri.
The funeral will be at
Rainsbrook Crematorium on
Tuesday 20th October at 1.00pm.
