CARRIE KENDRICK Obituary
Preceded in death by her parents, Burbon Thacker and Mercy (Adkins) Thacker; 2 children, Ronnie Slone and Carrie Helen Tucker; grandchild, Gregory Arthur Slone; sister, Betty Slone; brothers, Nathaniel Thacker, Lunner Thacker and Haze Thacker; son-in-laws, Delbert Tucker, Ronald Nelson and Travis Coleman.
She is survived by children, Sammie & Judith (Bevins) Kendrick, Trula Kendrick Coleman, Burbon "Bud" and Gwen (Bailiff) Kendrick, Barbara Kendrick Rife & Donald, Betty Kendrick Nelson; sisters, Martha Thacker, Lorriane Lawhorn and Mary Thacker; brothers, Burbon Thacker Jr. and Karfa Thacker; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren.
A Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main St., Mt. Sterling. Pastor Jerry Poff of Loving Care Hospice officiating with the interment following in Pleasant Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 21.
