Carroll Woodard Hawkins

Mrs. Hawkins, I am very sorry for your loss and I will keep you and your family in prayer. I will never forget Mr. Hawkins and his help with the move during the renovation of the library.

Mr Carroll had one of the greatest impacts on my life as he was our Little League Baseball coach - He was a very fair and kind man with the best character. BTW we (Cove City Team) beat the New Bern Church League All-stars that year 3-2. We all ran from the field and hugged him - God Bless You Mr Carroll. I hope to see you again in Heaven.

I am so very sorry for your loss as well not being able to make the funeral. Know that I love you and you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Carroll and I played together as young children. He was a great cousin and we kept in touch all our ives. Loved him, Elinor, and his son John. I'll see you "in Heaven, Carroll."
