Casey Amos Obituary
Casey Ashton Amos, 18, of Stanley, died Monday, July 6, 2009, in Shenandoah.
He was born October 12, 1990, in Warrenton, a son of Tracy Scott and Lisa Leathers Amos of Stanley.
He was a member of the Stanley United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to his parents, are a brother, Corey Austin Amos of Stanley; his grandmother, Ruth Merrick of Alexandria; his grandfather, Chester Leathers Jr. of Brightwood; and a step grandmother, Nellene Smith of Luray.
A funeral service was held 11 a.m. Thursday, July 9, 2009, at Page County High School by the Reverend Jim R. Wingert and Doug Gochenour. Burial was at Graves Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.
The family received friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at the school.
