Catherine was united in marriage to George W. Knuckey on August 14, 1976, at St. Joseph Church in Apple River, IL. She attended Waubonsee Community College in Plano, IL, earning an associate degree in business. Catherine worked at John Deere Works in Dubuque, IA, in the office, before staying home to raise her five boys. She is survived by her husband, George; five sons, Phillip (Ashley) Knuckey, Matthew Knuckey, Jason (Ashlee) Knuckey, Ryan (Kelly) Knuckey, and Andrew (Hannah) Knuckey; eleven grandchildren, Mackenzie, Avery, Sophia, Dylan, William, Charles, Walter, Isabel, Mya, Thomas, and David; two sisters, Lorrie (Bruce) Babbini, Joan (Mark) Theuer; four brothers, Robert Deutsch, Kenneth (Debora) Deutsch, Theodore Deutsch, Thomas (Krista) Deutsch; a brother-in-law, Doug (Marsha) Knuckey; a sister-in-law, Sue McGivney; and many nieces and nephews.
