Catherine Porter Obituary
A devoted mother, Cathy's heart was forever intertwined with her children: Lucretia Patton, Angel Rosales, Tony Allen, and Lamar Chaney. She embraced the joys of family wholeheartedly and found immense happiness in being a grandmother to nine grandchildren and a great-grandmother to one great-grandchild. Her love also extended to her three siblings-Debbie Higgs, James Madden, Robert Rivera, and late Daniel Anthony Porter-who shared in her journey through life. As a beloved aunt to seven nephews and four nieces and a great-aunt to many great-nieces and nephews. Loved by many cousins, aunts and uncles-Cathy's warmth radiated far beyond immediate family ties.
Cathy possessed an independent spirit that guided her through life's challenges with determination and grace. She was enterprising and creative, always seeking new opportunities with an open heart. Her presence was one of unwavering support for those she loved-a foundation of strength for all who knew her.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched with kindness and devotion. May her memory bring comfort and inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
