I had the pleasure of helping Catherine out at home a few years back. She was a wonderful woman who loved her children & grandchildren dearly. Always talked about their accomplishments & what good parents they were. Couldn't stop laughing when she told me the story about all of them fitting into the Volkswagen to go to church & the parishioners looking out the window wondering how they all fit in that small car. Rest assure that she's in heaven & at peace. My thoughts & prayers are with you all.

To the Swalec family,
I Worked with Catherine at the Oakdale Nursing home many years ago and can remember her infectious laugh and compassionate care. She was a great mentor to many West Boylston students that pursued careers in health care.
My sincere condolences
Ellen Marchisio RN,BSN
