YUSKAITIS - Jeffrey Paul 43, of Weston, FL, formerly of Fair Lawn, died January 15. A resident Doctor of Osteopathy at Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Jeff was commissioned a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy June 3, 2003. Jeff graduated Fair Lawn High School Class of 1978 and Nova University. Surviving are daughters Susan Frances and Colleen Elizabeth, both of Weston, FL; parents John A of Bergenfield and Frances M of Pennsylvania; brothers John J., Joseph V. and wife Cindy Jo, Christopher J., Gregory J. and wife Cynthia, Peter G. and wife Lori, Paul G., and Timothy F. and wife Diane; eleven nieces and nephews. Wife Elizabeth "Mickey" Yuskaitis was deceased May, 2003. Arrangements were handled by Hunter Funeral Home in Davie, FL. Memorial service to be held at St. Anne's R.C. Church, Fair Lawn, February 14 at 10 AM. Family requesting contributions be made to Jeff Yuskaitis Family Trust, Academic Affairs, Broward General Medical Center, 1600 South Andrews Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.
