Cathy Mae Arcari-Bowley, 64, of Kokomo, went to be with the LORD at 3:50 pm Monday, December 13, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born November 27, 1946 in Kokomo, she was the daughter of the late Donald Ford Keith and Alice Louise Douglass. She was a 1965 graduate of Kokomo High School. On June 30, 1996 in Kokomo, she married Jackie Lee Bowley, and he survives. Cathy was employed with Delco Electronics for 30 years, retiring in 1998. She was a member if Grace Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. She also enjoyed antiqueing, fishing, boating, baseball games and watching sports on T.V. Survivors include her husband, Jackie Lee Bowley of Kokomo; one son, Rich (Christa) Arcari of Kokomo; one daughter Stephanie Laird (John) Hill of Kokomo; two step-sons, Chad (Sondi) Bowley of Kokomo; Brad (Lisa) Bowley of Pittsburgh, PA; two step-daughters, Cheryl (Ed) Smith of Westfield, Pam Cavanaugh of Indianapolis; one sister Judy (Ken) Helms of Sharpsville, IN; her mother-in-law Jane R. Bowley of Kokomo; 16 grandchildren Sysilie Hill, Cheyenne Arcari, Collin Smith, Faith Cavanaugh, Sierra Smith, Olivia Cavanaugh, Austin Bowley, Samuel Hill, Lucas Bowley, Kendall Bowley, Sydnie Hill, Matthew Arcari, Jacquelyn Hill, Cameron Arcari, Connor Shivley, Miles Bowley; and many cherished nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Donald J. Keith; one sister, Marsha Rae Keith. Services will be 3:00 PM Friday, December 17, 2010, in Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 S. Webster Street, Kokomo. Pastor Kerry Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in Sharpsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at the mortuary. Memorials may be directed to Howard Regional Oncology Center, 3500 S. Lafountain, Kokomo, IN 46902, or to Howard Haven County Home, 3600 W. Boulevard, Kokomo, IN 46902.
