Cathy Roseann Lemonds

Ms. Cathy Roseann Lemonds, age 42 of Rockwell, passed away at Atrium Health – Cabarrus in Concord on Sunday, April 4, 2021. Born August 11, 1978, Cathy was the daughter of Arnold Wade and Judity Wycoff Lemonds. She attended Rowan County Schools. She was of Baptist faith. Cathy spent her early career working in healthcare as a CNA. She loved listening to country music, family cookouts (she always made the slaw), shopping and going out to eat with her Mom. She was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, had a great love for animals – volunteering at Helping Hands Animal Rescue and was all about her family. Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her parents, are her son, Brandon Dane Lemonds; her brother, Tobie Lemonds (fiance' Keli Overcash), several aunts, special cousins and and her nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Cathy will be on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Oakdale Baptist Church in Spencer, officiated by Pastor Rick Freeman.
