Our hearts are still a little empty without you. The best friend the bookhultz and bivens family ever had. Many good times are remembered with the entire decker family. We loved and still miss you.

I would like to extend my heartfelt sympathy to the family. Cecil was a kind and wonderful person. I feel honored to have known him. When he came to the "Hair Affair", he always had a smile and had a kind word to everyone. One thing that especially comes to mind was how he loved to talk about his family. He will be greatly missed. RIP Cecil........

Such a sweet, kind soul this family has lost! He welcomed everyone into his heart and home with open arms. Words will never describe the love he had for his family and the unwillness to say no to any of them:) Saying I'm sorry just doesn't seem enough but I hope you find peace in knowing he is now eternally at rest with the love of his life! xoxo
