Mr. Hayes;
Has always been a friend of our family, he will be missed by many people, a good man and friend are rare in the world we live in today and he was one of the few we have
had the pleasure to meet.

To all of Cecil's family members; I had the honor to know Cecil since the early 1970's. He was as fine of a man and a wonderful friend to have and to know. At one time it was a race or game to see which of us could get to K-mart first for Nascar or Hot Wheels. I will miss him for days to come. May God bless each and every one of his family members daily and give them comfort as the carry on in life.

Cecil will be missed greatly,all of you will be in my thoughts and prayers.It may not have shown back then but I learned alot from Cecil may god bless.

Jr.and Jim,When I seen today's paper and Cecil's name was in it I was shocked. My heart goes out to all of you. If there's anything I can do for any of you just let me know. Cecil was a good man and he'll be missed. He definitly is a legacy, and even though he's gone, his memory will alway's live on. I know it's going to be hard and sad getting past this, especially for your mom. She's lucky to have the two of you to help get her through this.
