Cecile Briar

Cecile treated everyone like they were her best friends. She was always glad to see us and catch up. I understand she had a Bed and Breakfast for awhile. She would have been the perfect hostess.

First memory of Cecile were her vibrant eyes and great, welcoming smile. For many years after just meeting us at family social events, she mailed us cakes and cookies each year at Christmas.
