PROULX (nee Gagnon), Cecile Peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, surrounded by her family at 82 years of age. Beloved wife of Bernard and endeared mother of Carole Proulx, Pierre Proulx (Teresa), Andre Proulx and Guy Proulx (Nancy Whyte). Proud Grandmother to Patrick Thivierge, Philippe Proulx and Melanie Proulx. Pre-deceased by her siblings Rebecca, Jeanine and Jean-Paul Gagnon. Cecile was a devoted employee for the House of Commons for 25 years. The services are entrusted to First Memorial Funeral Service at 259 St. Patrick Street. Interment shall take place on July 18, 2009 at 10 a.m. at Notre Dame de Lourde Vanier. In lieu of flowers memoriam donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
