We are so very sorry to hear of Cecy's passing. It pain's our hearts for she was such a lovely, sweet, caring lady. We met Cecy through girl's softball and our whole family fell in love with her. May she forever RIP.

I send my deepest condolences to Dave and all of Cecys family. We met when working at the WPB Police Department and I never saw her without a smile on her face, especially when talking about her family. She nicknamed me Barbie and to this day I smile when thinking abut her and my nickname. I last saw her at the PBA hall for a photo of the retirees. She looked beautiful and had the warmest smile when we saw each other and hugged. Unfortunately, I arrived a short time after the photo was taken, but to this day, I remember her smile. We were working a case together and our Lieutenant, John Conklin, asked us about pursuing a vehicle. We assured him that there was no pursuit, we were paralleling the vehicle. Many great times working with such an outstanding officer. Cecy, you will be missed by all of your brothers and sisters.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
