My heart breaks for your family. There is nothing I can say that will ease the pain of your loss. I hope you are able to find some peace in the fact that your beautiful child's legacy will be that he was able to help others with his generosity of being an organ donor. He will always be a shining light in all of those he was able to help. My prayers are with you and your loved ones.

I am so sorry to hear of this tragedy. My husband and I extend our deepest condolences to you Paige and your entire family.

My brother died at the age of 18 the night before he was to enter the Army. A drunk driver crossed the lane and hit my brother's car head-on. It happened on our street and we heard the sirens and got 2 phone calls from the hospital urging our parents to get to the ER immediately. My mother was at a PTA meeting (no cell phones then) and my father who worked in Waterbury tried his best to get to Bridgeport. My brother died before my parents were able to be with him. That night is etched in my mind as my parents finally got home accompanied by a priest and informed all 4 siblings that our brother had died.
I know the impact and suffering and am here for you at any time to talk about your loss and your brother's great goodness in this world. I am truly saddened by this tragedy. I will be remembering his soul and you and your entire family in my daily prayers and at Mass.

So sorry for your loss Raelynn and family. Chad was an awesome kid. So selfless and thoughtful of him to help others.
